All-NFC North Team Announced – Just One Packers Player Makes It, Jordan Love’s Shocking QB Ranking

NFL executives were asked about their All-NFC North team for 2024-25 season and with Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers finishing just third in the division, it is understandable how the team only got one person in the first team.

Elgton Jenkins, Green Bay Packers
Filling in for injured center Josh Myers, Green Bay Packers guard Elgton Jenkins (74) provides pass protection during the second quarter of their game against Detroit Lions Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Elgton Jenkins is the offensive player who was named as among the top players in the division although the review is not that glowing. He beat Graham Glasgow of the Detroit Lions for the best left guard honor.

“He was good, not great,” one scout said of Jenkins. “He’s just a good player, and that’s run or pass. And he has no problems rubbing somebody’s nose in it.”

The Packers’ wide receiver department, which these days deal with many trade speculations, sunk low in the rankings.

Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings, Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Lions, and DJ Moore of the Chicago Bears also finished at the top.

Packers’ Romeo Doubs , Jayden Reed, and Christian Watson took the 7th to 9th spot while Dontayvion Wicks placed 11th.

Jordan Love’s season scrutinized

Detroit’s Jared Goff and Minnesota’s Sam Darnold took the first and second spot in NFC North for quarterbacks.

Jordan Love finished third.

The executives are not that high on the 26-year-old’s performance this season, with some looking for consistency. One even likened him to Green Bay legend Aaron Rodgers although not in a good way.

“I feel he has too much Aaron Rodgers in him with the foot issues and not setting himself. He’s tough. It’s just that he doesn’t play to a consistent level over 17 games. He has good stretches. I need a good 17-game stretch from him,” said one scout.
