Green Bay Packers: 1st Injury Report for Week 15 vs Seahawks

The Green Bay Packers are preparing for their Week 15 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The 9-4 Packers, who currently hold the sixth seed in the NFC, are looking to improve to 4-0 against the NFC West, having already beaten the Los Angeles Rams, Arizona Cardinals, and San Francisco 49ers this year. Meanwhile, the 8-5 Seahawks are trying to maintain their one-game lead in their division over the surging 7-6 Rams.

Needless to say, this upcoming Sunday Night Football matchup is a big game for both teams. With just four weeks remaining in the regular season, both the Packers and Seahawks need to create distance between themselves and other teams trailing them in the NFC standings.

Fortunately for the Packers, it appears as if they are going to have a few star players back this weekend.

The Green Bay Packers Release Their Initial Week 15 Injury Report

Per the Packers’ website, the following players were listed on the injury report:

  • Jaire Alexander: Knee (full participant)
  • Corey Ballentine: Knee (limited participant)
  • Javon Bullard: Ankle (did not practice)
  • Edgerrin Cooper: Hamstring (limited participant)
  • Romeo Doubs: Concussion (full participant)
  • Travis Glover: Illness (limited participant)
  • Isaiah McDuffie: Ankle (limited participant)
  • Luke Musgrave: Ankle (limited participant)
  • Josh Myers: Pectoral (full participant)
  • Lukas Van Ness: Thumb (full participant)
  • Rasheed Walker: Knee (full participant)
  • Evan Williams: Concussion (limited participant)

Of note, Alexander and Doubs were both full participants in practice after being limited during the last two weeks.

Musgrave practiced for the first time since Week Four as the Packers opened up his window to return from injured reserve. He had surgery on his ankle earlier this season.

Edgerrin Cooper has not played in three weeks due to a hamstring injury he suffered in practice prior to Week 12.

Isaiah McDuffie’s ankle injury nearly kept him out of multiple games over the past few weeks, but he has powered through it and has been one of Green Bay’s most productive defensive players.
