Pittsburgh Steelers continue to make huge change to offense

The Pittsburgh Steelers have continued with a significant change on the offensive side of the football. One week after the biggest disparity in snaps between Jaylen Warren and Najee Harris all season, and the trend continues to hold. Warren had 40 snaps to Harris’ 34 snaps. All in all, this is the fourth straight game that Warren has more snaps than Harris.

The Steelers chalked it up last week to game circumstances, but this is now a pattern over four games, and it appears to be settling in as a trend. Warren had a great game against the Chiefs, running the ball for 71 yards on 11 carries while adding 41 yards on five receptions. He has become an efficient playmaker for the team’s running game and an outlet in the passing game.

On top of that, Warren is excellent in pass protection. Whether this holds for the team’s game against the Bengals and into the playoffs remains a question, but the Steelers have turned to Warren to help energize their running game, and that has happened.
